As of December 31, 2025, OC VISION is in full compliance with all bond covenants
RIGA, LATVIA – May 6, 2026 – OC VISION Group has published its audited financial results for the year 2025. The auditor, “BDO ASSURANCE” SIA, has issued an opinion stating that the consolidated financial statement provides a true and fair view of the consolidated financial position of SIA “OC Vision” and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2025, as well as its consolidated financial performance and consolidated cash flows for the year ended December 31, 2025.
For the convenience of international investors, an annual report has also been prepared in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as adopted by the European Union. Additionally, an audited non-consolidated annual report for the parent company is available to investors (in Latvian).
The high quality of OC VISION’s financial accounting is evidenced by the fact that the audited results do not differ significantly from the previously published unaudited results for 2025.
In 2025, net turnover increased by 8.5%, reaching a record €39,039,463 (compared to €35,991,377 in 2024). The Group’s gross profit increased to €24,825,881. A healthy gross profit margin of 64% was maintained, representing a superposition of contributions from both the retail and wholesale business segments. The year-end cash balance increased to €4,123,513, maintaining a strong liquidity position for future expansion plans. Total assets grew to €19,809,745, reflecting targeted investments in the salon network and modern diagnostic tools.
As of December 31, 2025, OC VISION is in full compliance with all bond covenants. Interest Coverage Ratio reached 4.3x (against a required minimum of 1.4x). Leverage Ratio stands at 2.1x.
