OC VISION Reports Solid Q3 2025 Performance, Advancing Growth Despite Macroeconomic Headwinds

Third-quarter revenue remained in line with the prior year, reflecting the constrained purchasing power of consumers amid the prolonged stagflation across the Baltic economies. Despite this, OC VISION achieved a 5 percent increase in gross profit in absolute terms, improving the gross profit margin to 64 percent and demonstrating the Group’s ability to sustain profitability in challenging macroeconomic conditions.

The Group’s cash position strengthened from €2.7 million at the start of the year to €3.7 million at the end of the third quarter. 2025. During the first nine months of 2025, OC VISION invested €1.6 million in CAPEX. The increase in cash was supported by the bond issuance and €2 million generated from operating activities before balance-sheet movements.

In August, a new Vision Express store was opened in TC Domina in Riga, and the VIZIONETTE store was relocated from TC Domina to TC Spice. The average OC VISION store is now 4.7 years from its last renovation (compared with 4.8 years in Q2), underscoring the company’s commitment to ongoing modernization.

In September, the Group relocated its headquarters to new premises at Ulbrokas Street 34 in Riga. Developed by Hepsor, the facility follows a stock-office concept that integrates warehouse and office functions within a smart, energy-efficient environment. The new location enhances the modern workplace experience and reduces operating costs compared with the previous site.

Significant investments continued to be directed toward digital transformation, IT infrastructure, and the development of the hearing-aids business line.

“OC VISION’s solid Q3 2025 performance reinforces the Group’s historic resilience in periods of macroeconomic turbulence,” said Toms Dzenis, OC VISION Group CEO, “The current stagflationary environment is even favourable for OC VISION, as we are able to outperform competitors by prioritizing client service excellence and streamlining internal processes to eliminate unnecessary costs.”
